We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven  Field Marketing Manager for the West Region to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across the Western US. As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive regional business growth, support sales objectives, and enhance customer and partner engagement through both digital and in-person programs. This role is ideal for a proactive marketer who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about making a measurable impact. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support and coordinate marketing initiatives across the Western US, ensuring alignment with pan-regional priorities and consistent messaging. 
  • Act as a connector between regions, segments (enterprise, volume, channel), and global teams, sharing best practices and leveraging successful programs. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities, drive pipeline, and elevate brand awareness. 
  • Contribute to a flexible, innovative, and team-oriented environment, adapting quickly to evolving business needs. 
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional field events, trade shows, workshops, and both 1st and 3rd party engagements (onsite and virtual). 
  • Oversee all event logistics and vendor relationships, ensuring events align with business objectives and deliver strong engagement. 
  • Manage pre-event planning and post-event processes to maximize the impact of regional activities. 
  • Serve as the regional expert for the SLED (State, Local, and Education) vertical, developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives to drive growth and engagement in this sector. 
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to tailor messaging, campaigns, and events for SLED customers and prospects. 
  • Stay current on SLED market trends and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategy. 
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams and regional peers to support, analyze, and optimize digital marketing initiatives (email, webinars, digital ads, social media). 
  • Monitor and assess campaign and event performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 
  • Support ad hoc digital marketing projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring alignment with broader business priorities. 

Requirements: 

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, event management, or a related field. 
  • BS/BA in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related major. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; adept at logistics and multitasking. 
  • Digital marketing experience (email, social, webinars, paid media) preferred. 
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting and analytics tools (Excel, CRM, marketing automation platforms). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and collaborative environment. 
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required (up to approximately 25%).

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$117,800$168,300 USD
